Sumou Real Estate Company, Saudi Arabia announces that it has awarded the development of Residential Villas in the Makkah Gate project in Makkah city.
The value of the contract is SAR 680 million. The Contract was awarded by National Housing Company.
As part of the contract the company will develop more than 900 Residential villas in Zone (O2) within Makkah Gate project in Makkah City.
