First Avenue for Real Estate Development, Saudi Arabia announces the signing of a turnkey contract for “Al‑Basateen Avenue ” residential project.
The value of the contract is SAR 115 million. The contract was awarded to Emaarona Contracting Company.
The residential project is a private compound comprising 315 apartments with an approximate built‑up area of 30,000 m². The project will be delivered within 18 months from the hand‑over date of the site.
