Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) invites Bids for 380kV Substations and associated Overhead transmission lines (OHTL) related to upcoming Renewable Energy Projects across Saudi Arabia.
Following is the list of Projects:
- Construction of Afif 1 and Afif 2 380kV Substation and its OHTL. The Project location is in Central region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Khurma 1 and Khurma 2 380kV Substation and its OHTL. The Project location is in Western region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Bilghah Wind 380kV BSP and HISU Wind BSP and its OHTL. The Project location is in Central region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Shegran Wind 380kV BSP and South Ola PV BSP and its OHTL. The Project location is in Western region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Haden 2 PV BSP and Mowaih 2 BSP and its OHTL. The Project location is in Western region of Saudi Arabia.
- Expansion of Tabarjal PV 380kV BSP. The Project location is in Northern region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Qirah Wind and Wadi Dawaser Farms 380kV BSP. The Project location is in Central region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of MAWQAQ PV 380kV BSP and its OHTL. The Project location is in Central region of Saudi Arabia.
- Construction of Ash Shayyit 380kV BSP and its OHTL. The Project location is in Eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
At present, Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) has already issued RFP for the sixth round of renewable energy projects under the National Renewable Energy Program (NREP) which is led and supervised by the Ministry of Energy. The combined capacity of sixth round of renewable energy projects is 4,500 MW.
