Kuwait Company for Process Plant Construction & Contracting k.p.s.c. (KCPC) announces that it has signed the infrastructure contract in the South Saad Al-Abdullah residential project.
The value of the contract is KWD 89.6 million ( USD 290.3 million).
The contract was signed with Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait.
Project Scope of Works includes Construction, Completion and maintenance of infrastructure works for residential suburbs ( NFU7-NFU8-NFU9-NFU10–NFU11-NFU17-I1-I2) and works for irrigation tank building and substations in the South Saad Al-Abdullah residential project.
The duration of the contract is 1095 days.
Earlier, during January 2025, the company announces that it has awarded the project. (read more)
