The Knowledge Economic City, Saudi Arabia Announces that it has signed the Contract for Electromechanical works related to Hilton Hotel Tower and the Branded Residences Tower of the Company HUB Project.
Total value of the contract is SAR 232.8 million. The contract awarded to Alfaneyah Electromechanical Company.
The works consist of the construction, electromechanical works for the KEC Hub Towers includes the electrical, mechanical and plumbing works according to the best technical specifications for the Hilton Hotel Tower, which provides 384 5-star hotel units, and the branded residences tower which provides 66 luxury residential apartments within the HUB Project.
The duration of the contract is 18 months.
The KEC Hub project is located in the northern part of the Knowledge City on King Abdulaziz Road with overlooking KAAR.
The project will represent an additional social destination and a new destination for visitors, pilgrims and citizens of Medina in an urban environment targeting a distinctive lifestyle that combines recreation, shopping, residential and entertainment services within the mall and the main (Boulevard), cafes, restaurants, the heritage area and a public park that hosts entertainment activities and programs.
The first phase of the project currently being implemented includes the mall (the mall) and the hotel tower with (384) rooms of the (5) star category managed by “Hilton Worldwide” and the residential tower that includes luxury branded residential apartments with (66) upscale residential units that benefit from the services provided by the Hilton Hotel, which is directly connected to it and to the Boulevard and the commercial market.
The services provided by the project are characterized by combining recreation, shopping, housing and entertainment services through its various components such as the market, the main commercial street (Boulevard), cafes, restaurants, the heritage area and the public park that extends over an area of 65 thousand square meters, hosting entertainment activities and programs. The project in its first and second phases will occupy an area of 186 thousand square meters, which will provide a rental area of approximately 122 thousand meters.
