Energy China announced in a statement that, the South Saad Al-Abdullah housing project, undertaken by CEEC, has started construction in Kuwait.
Led by Kuwait’s Public Authority for Housing Welfare, it’s a landmark initiative in the “New Kuwait Vision 2035” plan.
Spanning an area of 64 sq km, this project includes over 20,000 residential units and supporting facilities, meeting the housing needs of more than 150,000 people.
It features sustainable, digital solutions like centralized rainwater management, integrated sewage treatment, solar lighting, as well as intelligent monitoring and construction. These measures aim to enhance local infrastructure and living conditions, contributing to green development.
