Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al-Akaria) announces the signing of a contract with M/s Saudi Real Estate Construction Company (Tamear), one of its fully owned subsidiaries for the Construction of residential complex.
The value of the contract is SAR 284.9 million.
Project Works includes execution of civil, structural, architectural, electro-mechanical and external works for Akaria residential complex in the diplomatic quarter (Reef Project).
The construction period is 24 months
