National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), wholly owned by National Marine Dredging Company, UAE announced that it has signed a contract for the offshore package of the Hail & Ghasha Development Project with ADNOC.
The project scope comprises the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of four drilling centres and one processing plant to be built on artificial islands, as well as various offshore structures and more than 300 km of subsea pipelines.
The project’s total value is AED 30 billion (50% to NPCC), which is expected to be completed in 2028.
