Retal Urban Development Company, Saudi Arabia announces that it has signed a Conditional Development Agreement with the National Housing Company to develop residential villas within the master plan of the East Albuhirat project in Jeddah.
The total project value is 418,312,815 Saudi Riyals including the value of the land.
The Project will have a Residential lands with a total area of 98,098.55 square meters within the master plan and will construct 327 Residential Units.
The duration of the agreement is 42 months.
