The Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) Announce awarding project to one of its subsidiaries Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) for Design and Build Northern Cultural District (NCD) P3 Car Park Project.
The Project was awarded by Diriyah Gate Company Limited.
The value of the contract is 544,100,564.90 Saudi Riyals.
Project Scope of Work includes Design, construction, testing and commissioning of Northern Cultural Car Park, A minimum 2000 space car parking facility over 4 basements with total area of 100,000 m2 approximate, Construction of reinforced concrete building including MEP works ,smart parking control management system and guidance system.
The duration of the project is 548 Days.
In December 2022, Binyah was awarded a SAR 373.93 million ($99.7 million) contract by Diriyah Gate Company to execute the enabling works for Diriyah Gate Phase 2.(read more)
