Kuwait’s Mabanee Company announced in a statement that, it has awarded the Construction contract related to Second Phase expansion of Avenues Bahrain.
The Project has been awarded to Nass Group, Bahrain.
The value of signed contract is USD 120 million.
The project is located in a strategic location and it is considered as the largest entertainment center on the waterfront with a total length of 1.3km.
Construction work will start in September 2022 and it is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024, statement mentioned.
