Saudi developer ROSHN announced Al-Arous project in Jeddah, which is the company’s second integrated residential community to be implemented, as part of a plan to develop several communities in nine Saudi cities.
The project, which is located in the north of Jeddah, spans 4 million square meters (sqm). It comprises 18,000 residential units.
ROSHN, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), launched its first residential community in the north of Riyadh, over 20 million sqm.(read more)
