Mabanee Company, Kuwait announced in a statement that it has received a letter from the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) regarding Sabah Al-Ahmad Project (S3) in Kuwait,
The Company mentioned that, the result of awarding the investment opportunity for the Sabah Al-Ahmad Project (S3), as the offer submitted by Mabanee Company is the best offer, and therefore they have chosen as the Preferred Investor.
The development will spread over 40,121 square meters will include a mall with the theme of an old Kuwaiti Souq and a four star hotel.
The statement also mentioned that the Company will disclose the details upon completion of the procedure with the signing if the contract.
