Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, Oman announced in a statement that it has been awarded a contract related to Sustainable City, Yiti project.
The project was awared by The Sustainable Development & Investment Company SAOC which is a joint venture between Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group) and Diamond Developers.
As per the contract, Galfar will execute the “Construction of Plaza, Commercial, Residential and Office Buildings” at Sustainable City Yiti project.
The value of the project, is approximately 75 million Omani Riyals.
The duration of the project is 26 months.
