Combined Group Contracting Company announced the signing of a contract to implement a project in Jaber Al-Ahmad City in Kuwait in association with Alargan National General Trading and Contracting Company, wholly owned by Alargan International Real Estate Company.
The value of the contract is KWD 36.848 million (USD 119.9 million)
The contract includes the implementation of engineering design, supply and construction works in the Investment Opportunity Project (J2) [ commercial center] in Jaber Al-Ahmad City, which is offered by The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW) .
The company clarified that the project is being developed by the “G2 United General Contracting Company for Buildings ” owned by one of the subsidiaries of “Al-Muttaqa’ah”, “Joint International Real Estate” by 26%, and “Al-Muttakia” share of the contracting contract is 45 %.
