Al Saedan Real Estate Company announced in a statement that it has signed an agreement to implement the “Stage Center” project in the city of Riyadh.
The Construction contract was awarded to First Saudi Contracting Company and Arabtech Jardaneh & Partners for Engineering Consultations.
Stage Center Project will be located in King Fahd Branch Road in the northern part of Al-Morouj district, Riyadh. It Consist of Commercial Shops, 5 Star hotel, international restaurants, modern offices.
Earlier, Marriott International, Inc. announced that it has signed an agreement with Al Saedan Group, a leading real estate company in the Middle East, to open three hotels across Saudi Arabia. (read more)
The Project is built on an area of 8250 Sq.m and total floor area of 5300 Sq.m
