Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction, the main developer of Masar destination in Makkah announced in a statement that it has signed an agreement to build 10 new residential towers.
The agreement was signed with Aldyar Alarabiya Co., Saudi Arabia.
The investment in the new towers reaches SAR 3 billion (USD 800 million).
Earlier, Umm Al Qura announced the completion of 75% of Masar’ infrastructure as well as starting work on new parts in the project, which includes residential complexes, hotels, government service departments, as well as several integrated cultural, entertainment and commercial facilities.
