The Saudi Real Estate Company announced in a statement that it has awarded a contract related to infrastructure networks and related works at Al-Qadisiyah district in Riyadh.
The contract has been awarded to Mohammmad Al-Ojaimi Contracting.
The value of the contract is SAR 119.8 million (USD 31.9 million).
Project Scope of Works includes Design, approval and implementation of the infrastructure works for the company’s land located in Al-Qadisiyah district in Riyadh, including Road works, paving and asphalting of streets, electricity networks, street lighting networks, telephone networks, water and firefighting networks, sewage networks, flood drainage networks on plot area of 1,913,399.61 square meters
The duration of the project is 17 months.
