Inovest .B.S.C, Bahrain announced in a statement that, Tamcon Contracting Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inovest Group, in partnership with Alghanim International Company, Bahrain awarded the two housing contracts in Bahrain.
The value of the contracts is USD 77.29 million.
As part of the contract, the companies will construct 520 Housing units related to East Hidd Housing Project.
Package A Scope of Works includes Construction of 256 Social apartments & its associated external works and Infrastructure in Village C1/C2, East Hidd Housing Project.
Package B Scope of Works includes Construction of 264 Social apartments & its associated external works and Infrastructure in Village B1/B2, East Hidd Housing Project.
The projects are funding by the Grant of the State of Kuwait through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development KFAED.
