Dur Hospitality Company, Saudi Arabia announced in statement that it has awarded the contract related to construction of a luxurious residential compound on King Khalid road in Riyadh city in total area of about 30 thousand square meters.
The Project has been awarded to Al Murshid Contracting Group Co.
The value of the signed contract is SAR 82.5 million (USD 22 million).
Project works includes Construction of 75 luxurious and distinguished residential villas with different areas, in addition to the landscape works, and the project will be established according to the latest state-of-the-art specifications and smart villas.
Implementing of complete construction works, finishing and electromechanical works are part of the contract.
The project is characterized by its close location to the northern gate of the diplomatic quarter in Riyadh, and to premises of some of the major government authorities and departments.
The duration of the project is 18 months.
