Combined Group Contracting (CGC), Kuwait announced in a statement that its subsidiary Combined Group Contracting Company Emirates L.L.C. has submitted lowest bid for the construction of Housing Project in United Arab Emirates.
CGC has submitted the price of AED 231,668,352 (USD 63million).
The Project was issued by Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure.
Project scope of works includes the construction of 300 homes in the Bateen Al Samar area, Ras Al Khaimah (the third phase).
The duration of the contract is 700 days, in addition to 30 days of Mobilization period.
