Ministry of Housing, Bahrain received bidders proposals for the Ring Road and infrastructure works at East Sitra Housing Project, Phase II-A.
Thirteen Bidders has submitted the proposals. Bahrain based construction form, Al Door Excavation & Building Contracting Co. W.L.L has submitted the lowest bid.
Al Door Company has submitted the price of BHD 11.6 million (USD 31 million).
Project Scope of works includes the Ring Road and infrastructure works for 563 nos. gift plots at East Sitra Housing Project, Phase II-A.
Earlier, Bahrain has started work on a major residential project in the East Sitra region which, on completion, will see the construction of over 3,000 housing units. The project, which is being implemented in three phases, is estimated to cost BD260 million ($690 million). (read more)
