Shomoul Holding Co. a subsidiary of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company announced in a statement that, it has awarded the contract related to The Avenues Al Khobar.
The Project has been awarded to HSSG Foundation Contracting LLC.
The value of signed contract is SAR 67.16 million (USD 18 million).
Scope of Works includes excavation and Shoring the land for the Aveues- Al Khobar Project.
The project will cover an area of 197,000 Sq.meter and the drilling will be completed in with in 12 months.
The project is located at the northwestern corner of the intersection of King Saud Road with Prince Sultan Road. It extends over an area of 209,000 sq.m. and includes a leasable area of 180,000 sq.m.
The Avenues Al Khobar includes commercial and entertainment areas, residential apartments, hotels, offices and medical facilities.
