Shomoul Holding Co. a subsidiary of Kuwait’s Mabanee Company announced in a statement that, it has awarded the main contract related to the commercial mall of The Avenues Riyadh.
The contract was signed with NESMA & Partners, Saudi Arabia.
The value of the contract is SAR 6.4 billion (USD 1.7 billion).
The Project land area is 390,000 Square meters with a rental area of 400,000 square meters. The Project is located in a strategic overlooking the intersection of King Salman and King Fahad Road, where it includes hotels, apartments, offices and health facilities.
The duration of the construction period is 40 months.
