The Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is requesting expressions of interest (EOI) for a combined cycle gas-fired Taiba Power Plant.
The plant will have a net power capacity of 3,600MW and to be located near Medina in the Western region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SPPC is planning to sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the appointed developer for a period of 25 years following the beginning of commercial operations of the plant. The project be developed under a build, own and operate (BOO) structure.
Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is being advised by Fichtner GmbH as Technical Consultant, Cranmore appointed as Financial Consultant and Linklaters appointed as legal Consultant .
