Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, Oman invites bid for Construction of Multi Storey Car Parking in Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
The multi-story car parking is a phased-out structure, where the following works pertain to phase 1 activities that comprise of a G+2+roof structure with an approximate built-up area of 47,801 sqm, providing 1297 parking spaces.
Additional phases are planned to add 2 additional floors that will meet the demand of car parking of the KOM buildings area, where the final building will comprise of G+4+roof.
The option to implement all floors in one phase is to be studied. The multi-story car parking building will provide some ancillary facilities, along with a direct sky bridge, as a separate item, connecting to KOM 6 building.
Interested bidders can get complete bid documents upon the payment of tender fee of OMR 3000.
Bidders need to submit a tender security of 1% of tender value along with the proposals.
At present, bid submission date is 21 November 2021.
