Bloom Holding, UAE has announced in a statement that it has selected the main contractor for Aldhay project, as construction is going on a steady pace with the completion of enabling and piling works.
The project has been awarded to Emirates Link Maltauro LLC.
Emirates Link Maltauro LLC is a key player in the region’s construction industry. It has been appointed to construct Aldhay’s spacious two, three, four, and five-bedroom townhouses which are designed with a Mediterranean feel and superior, modern finishings, complimented by exceptional facilities.
Located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche, Aldhay’s townhouses are offered in attractive prices alongside flexible payment plans. Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2023, ‘Aldhay’ will add 181 townhouses to the existing elegant 457 villas and townhouses at Bloom Gardens.
Aldhay’s residents will have direct access to premium amenities including a round-the-clock security, landscaped recreational areas, exclusive clubhouse, swimming pools, kids play area, F&B outlets, prayer halls, state-of-the-art male and female gyms, as well as retail shops, and educational institutes such as Brighton College Abu Dhabi, which is ranked ‘Outstanding’ by Abu Dhabi’s Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), where pupils have achieved record breaking GCSE and A Level results and gained entry into the most prestigious universities worldwide.
