Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) a subsidiary of Saudi Real Estate Company (Al Akaria) announced in a statement that it has signed a contract for Wadi Hanifa’s infrastructure work.
The value of signed contract is SAR432 million (USD 115.2million).
The contract was awarded by Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), Saudi Arabia.
Project Scope of works includes the implementation of road works, water and sewage networks, rainwater drainage, irrigation, street lighting and related works.
The duration of the project is 478 Days.
