The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced the signing of Phase 2, framework agreements for Concept and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) services for major projects across its full value chain to support the delivery of its 2030 strategy.
The framework agreements was signed with following global engineering contractors.
- AMEC International Ltd.,
- China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Corporation,
- Engineers India Ltd.,
- GS Engineering & Construction Corp.,
- ILF Consulting Engineers,
- Mott MacDonald Ltd.,
- Penspen International Ltd.,
- Rejlers International Engineering Solutions,
- SNC Lavalin International,
- Saipem Abu Dhabi,
- Samsung Engineering Company Ltd.,
- Tebodin Middle East Company Ltd.,
- Technip Energies,
- Tecnicas Reunidas SA,
- Worley Engineering PTY Ltd.
The agreements will run for five years, with an option for a two-year extension.
The combined scope worth up to $204 million and the potential for 50% of the value to flow back into the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) economy under ADNOC’s In-Country Value (ICV) program.
ADNOC mentioned that contract were secured at highly competitive rates and will significantly reduce tender cycle duration, underscoring ADNOC’s smart approach to procurement which is enabling us to drive value across our portfolio.
