Lulu Group has partnered with SirajPower for instalaation of 1 MWp solar carport and four Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations at Lulu’s Dubai Silicon Central Hypermarket.
As part of the agreement, Siraj Power will perform design, build, fully finance, operate, and maintain the solar carport and charging stations.
Spanning over 7,209 sqm, the solar carport will generate 1.7 GWh of clean energy annually to offset over 1,205 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions.
Lulu Group’s brand-new Silicon Central covers a gross leasable area (GLA) of 78,500 square metres of retail, food and beverages, and cinemas, including a Lulu hypermarket and department store spanning 16,800 sqm.
