Al Sharif (Saudi Arabia), KEC International (India) JV awarded the project, “Construction of Two 380kV double circuit OHTL between new ArRass PV BSP 9095 and Qassim-2 BSP 9025, Dawadmi BSP 9037″.
The Project was awarded by Saudi Electricity Company.
The value of signed contract is SAR 53 million.

The project involves the design and construction of 380kV OHTL to connect the new ArRass PV BSP with the network. Ar Rass BSP project already awarded to the contractor (read more)
Approximate route length of total OHTL route is 37km.
The new OHTL will be installed on latticed steel tower in vertical configuration.
Contractor scope of works includes to perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of new OHTL work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.
Contractor needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 21 months from Contract Signing Date.
