National Marine Dredging Co. (NMDC), UAE announced in a statement that it has awarded the project “Deepening and development of the sea lane of Damietta Port” in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The value of the contract is approximately 290 million Dirhams.
The scope of work includes the works of deepening and developing the sea lane, the port basins and the circulation basin of Damietta Port and soil improvement, including design works.
The project is expected to be executed over 17 months.
