Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) announced in a statement that its board approved awarding and signing the contract for North of Riyadh Hospital.
The project will be executed through its subsidiary North of Riyadh for Healthcare Company.
The project awarded to local construction firm, MASAH Construction Company.
The value of the contract is SAR 518.1 million (USD 138 million).
Project scope of works includes Glazing Works, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at North of Riyadh Hospital. The duration of the project is 18 months.
North Riyadh Hospital will be built on an area of 43,601 m2 and an estimated total built-up area of 353,371 m2. The Group aims to make North Riyadh Hospital an integrated hospital to provide healthcare services through 300 clinics and 500 beds.
