Pace, Kuwait announced in a statement that, it has awarded design and supervise the construction of road works at Diriyah Gate, Riyadh.
The Project was awarded by Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), Saudi Arabia.
Pace has been appointed to design and supervise the construction of a 6km spine road running through and across the park that will transform access within it by connecting its various sub-districts to provide a much needed ‘green-lung’ for the people of Riyadh.
We are working with Diriyah Gate Development Authority on a key project to help execute their vision of transforming the historically important Diriyah region into a global gathering place. One of four key developments taking place in the programme is the redevelopment of Wadi Hanifah park, an extensive 2,359,406 sqm green belt valley on the western and southern sides of the development. We’re extremely proud to be part of this historic and impactful project for the people of KSA, statement said.
