Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) announces the bid results for the project Installation of 380kV Underground cable associated with Substation 9082.The Project location is in Diriyah Gate, Riyadh.
Nine bidders has submitted the proposals. Saudi based construction firm, CEPCO has submitted lowest bid.
CEPCO submitted the price of SAR 257.7 million (USD 68.7 million).
The Scope of work includes complete design, supply and installation of two(2) 380kV cable circuits consisting of 2500 Sq.mm copper conductor, super clean-XLPE cables circuits with all required joining terminations, accessories and associated civil works.
The Contractor shall perform on Lump sum turnkey basis, the design, engineering, materials procurement, quality management, factory inspection/testing, transport and delivery to site, installation, construction, site inspection, testing and commissioning, all associated work and services until final handing over of new cable work in a satisfactorily working and operating condition.
Contractors needs to achieve the final acceptance of the works by 25 months from Contract Signing Date.
