Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones, Oman issued the tender for Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Dual-Carriageway Road for National Road 32, Phase 1 in Duqm.
Project scope of work comprises of supervision services for construction of main components as listed below
- Main Road consists of 03-lanes Dual Carriageways for length of 15.267 Km along with 04-SignalizedIntersections, 01-Roundabout and hardscaped Center Median. Main road consists of 03-bridges proposed over natural Wadis Saay (428m), Jurf (581m) and Dangert (120m).
- On both sides of Main Road, construction of Service Roads approximate length of 22km, fourteen (14)cul-de-sacs, vented floodways, drainage pipes etc. and side walkways with hardscaping.
- Construction of Link Roads approximate length of 5km for connections with future planning as well as to Duqm Refinery.
- Ground Improvement Works . Construction of Earthen Embankments and Dykes, Sub-grade, Granular Sub Base Course, Aggregate Base Course, Bituminous Base Course, Bituminous Wearing Course, Polymer Modified Bituminous Wearing Course etc.
- Construction of Diversion Road approximate length of 4km wherever required during execution.
- Culverts and drainage catch pits,
- LED street lighting & Traffic signaled intersections,
- Landscaping, Irrigation system & Utilities·
- Relocation& protection of existing utilities and other ancillary works
Interested bidders can obtain the complete bid documents upon payment of tender fee OMR 900.
Bidders need to submit 1% of the tender value towards tender security along with the proposals.
