Civil & Electrical Projects Contracting Company (CEPCO), Saudi Arabia awarded a contract for the project, Protection, SCADA and Communication Requirement for 33kV Network Connection of Substation 8058 located in Riyadh.
The value of the signed contract is SAR 28.8 million.
The Project was awarded by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC).
Project Scope of Works includes design, supply and install of Fifteen (15) Underground Fiber Optic Cable (UGFOC) to be installed for Protection and Communication Purpose, for Eleven (11) 33kV Substations connected with Substation 8058.
Approximate route length of fiber optic cable is 29km.
Project scope of works also includes 33kV Cable works and other dismantling works at various source substations.
