Eskan Bank, Bahrain issued the tender for Construction of Al-Ramli residential project in plot 4.
The site is located at plot-04 on Al Ramli Development with total plot area of 9,975 Sqm that is allocated for residential development.
It is envisaged to be developed as a residential development that includes 300 apartments divided as 160 units of 3 bedrooms apartments and 140 units of 4 Bedrooms apartments, with a component of a Retail at the ground floor level.
The development will have 4 buildings of 10- storey residential building above 3 storey parking podium.
Total built-up area for the project approximately 94,444 Sqm.
Contractors prequalified and registered with Ministry of Housing under Grade A building contractors and Ministry of Works under Grade AA construction projects are eligible to participate in this tender.
Interested bidders can get complete bid documents upon the payment of tender fee of BHD 100.
Bidders need to submit a tender security of BHD 5000 along with the proposals valid for 180 days.
At present, bid submission date is 29 August 2021.
