Red Sea International Company (RSI), Saudi Arabia announced in a statement that it has signed a contract with The Royal Commission for Al Ula (RCU) to construct a turnkey housing complex in AlUla.
The value of the contract is SAR 52,932,503 (USD 14.1 million).
Project Scope of Works includes the design, construction, supply and installation of 150 modular, high-quality and fully furnished accommodation units on a turnkey basis which shall serve as the housing complex for one of RCU’s strategic projects in AlUla.
The Duration of the contract is three months.
It is worth noting that the Red Sea International Company (RSI) is a leading Saudi company in the field of providing modular solutions and construction of high quality administrative and residential complexes and field hospitals in very short periods and establishing the necessary infrastructure for various sectors, in addition to operating these complexes and providing all living requirements for guests during occupancy including electric energy, pure water, food supply and wastewater treatment.
