Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) announced in a statement, the re-opening of its Fahud Airport after the completion of the airport’s runway rehabilitation project.
PDO states that re-opening of its Fahud Airport is new milestone in the Company’s aviation history in collaboration with its strategic partners.
Earlier, During April 2020, PDO awards the Fahud runway rehabilitation project to Galfar Engineering and Contracting. The value of the contract was $24.5million (read more)
PDO also announce the safe landing of the first SalamAir aircraft at the airport following the commencement of the new contract with PDO.
