Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW), Kuwait invites bid for Provision of engineering services of Gas Turbines and its auxiliaries at Shuaiba North Power Generation and Water Distillation Plant.
The Plant is located approximately 40km south of the Kuwait City,
Mitsui & Co Ltd was the EPC contractor for Shuaiba North Power Generation and Water Distillation Plant. The Plant is equipped with GE Gas Turbine Units, Hyundai Moon-Heat Recovery System Generaots and Toshiba – Back pressure steamd Turbine including all necessary balance of plant and station common auxiliaries already in commercial operation.
As part of this project, MEW would like to award the contract related to Provision of engineering services of Gas Turbines Co-Generation and Combines Cycle & its Auxiliaries with High Performance and Continuity at Shuaiba North Power Generation and Water Distillation Plant.
The duration of the contract is five years.
Interested bidders can get complete bid documents upon the payment of tender fee of KWD 10,000.
Bidders need to submit a tender security of KWD 1million along with the proposals.
At present, bid submission date is 27 July 2021.
