Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait awards the contract related to construction of housing units and other infrastructure works at East Sabah Al-Ahmad project.
The Project was awarded to China Railway No.5 Engineering Group Co. Ltd.
The value of the contract is KWD 63,980,000 (USD 212.8 millions).
Project scope of works includes construction, completion, maintenance of 597 houses, public buildings, road works, infrastructure services networks and parking lots for the first phase of East Sabah Al-Ahmad project.
The tender was issued by issued by PAHW during December 2019 and the bid was opened during March 2020.
