Ministry of Housing, Bahrain received bidders proposals for the construction of 520 Housing units as part of East Hidd Housing Project.
Earlier during March 2021, The Ministry issued two separate tenders named as Package A and Package B (read more)
Package A Scope of Works includes Construction of 256 Social apartments & its associated exteranal works and Infrastructure in Village C1/C2, East Hidd Housing Project.
Following ten Bidders has submitted the proposals:

- BOKHOWA Contracting and Trading Group WLL
- Mohammed A Al Kharafi & Sons for General Trading
Package B Scope of Works includes Construction of 264 Social apartments & its associated external works and Infrastructure in Village B1/B2, East Hidd Housing Project.
Following eight Bidders has submitted the proposals:

- Alghanah Group W.L.L.
- ALMOAYYED CONTRACTING W.L.L.
- DAR AL KHALEEJ TRADING & CONTRACTING W.L.L
- Mohammed A Al Kharafi & Sons for General Trading

- Alghanim General Trading and Contracting
- Ahmed Mansoor AlAali
The priced bid will announced after technical evolution of the received proposals.
The projects are funding by the Grant of the State of Kuwait through the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development KFAED.
