Sinopec, China announced in a statement that it has awarded a contract related to Saudi Arabia’s Berry oil and gas processing project.
The Contract was awarded by main EPC, SAIPEM, Italy and the end user of the project is Saudi Aramco.
The main content of the project is to carry out equipment renovation and expansion projects to process 11 million tons of Arabian light crude oil and 40,000 barrels of sulfur-containing hydrocarbons per day.
Among them, KGP contract construction includes: piling, precipitation, civil engineering, steel structure, equipment installation and dismantling, pipeline, painting, heat preservation, fire protection, electrical and instrument engineering.
The scope of the AAP contract is: underground pipeline construction, steel structure, equipment installation and dismantling, large-scale hoisting, painting, heat preservation, fire protection, electrical, instrumentation and other engineering construction. .
The successful bid for the Berry oil and gas processing project is another large-scale overseas project won by the Sinopec Corporation in the epidemic crisis as a market development opportunity in Saudi Arabia, statement said.
