Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait received the bids for the earthworks at the Al-Mutlaa residential project.
Three bidders has submitted the proposals. Kuwait based construction firm, Combined Group Contracting (CGC) has submitted the lowest bid.
CGC, Kuwait submitted the price of KWD 26,700,000 (USD 88.5 million).
Project scope of work includes Earthworks in the bounded area between the two roads P&T in the investment area of Al-Mutlaa residential project.
The duration of the project is 12 months.
