SSH, Kuwait announced in a statement that it has awarded Design and Supervision Consultant contract for the newly launched Byout Hessah development, Package 2, of United Real Estate Company’s Hessah AlMubarak District in Kuwait.
Byout Hessah project spanning over 13,000 square meters, with a grand built- up area of 47,000 square meters.
The development comprises 40 luxury townhouses and two 12-floor residential buildings with 104 upscale apartments, set amidst landscaped surroundings and conveniently located next to Hessah AlMubarak District’s retail & dining hub and other commercial components.
The construction contract was awarded to Alghanim International General Trading and Contracting.(read more)
