Eskan Bank, Bahrain received the bidders proposals for construction of Danaat Al Hoora Project.
Twenty Two bidders has submitted the proposals. Local construction firm, Al Jameel Construction has submitted the lowest bid.
The bidder has submitted the price of BHD 6.95 million (USD 18.4 million).

As per the tender notification, the development includes approximate 32,684 sq.m built-up area (including parking area), a shared podium of 4 levels.
Ground floor with parking area, commercial facilities and services. First, second and third floor is dedicated for parking. Above third floor with play area and Two (2) connected residential towers with 10 Floors (with 130 three bedroom apartments).
