Abu Dhabi based Jubail Island Investment Company announced in a statement that it has awarded the construction contract for the first phase of 300 villas located within the 5 billion UAE dirhams ($1.4 billion) Jubail Island development.
The Project has been awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC).
Covering more than 45 million square metres, and offering restaurants, a beach club, business centre, sports facilities, schools and nurseries, as well as a community club, and specialized clinics, Jubail Island will be home to more than 5,000 residents after completion.
The 300 villas being built in the first phase will range in size from 1,300 to 6,000 square metres, containing between three and six bedrooms.
The first phase of the project is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2023.
