Versatile Concepts announced in a statement that it has been selected for the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) Stone Advisory Services.
After a Worldwide Tender Process and months of negotiation Versatile will be acting on behalf of the DGDA on the $20 billion-dollar project in Saudi Arabia.
The project will feature cultural, entertainment, hospitality, educational, office and residential areas, with more than 20 hotels, a bustling retail heart, a diverse collection of museums, and over 100 places to dine.
Versatile have been engaged for the DGDA as the exclusive stone specialist to advise/provide commentary acceptable stone, ceramic and concrete pavers, starting from design through to selection of materials, manufacturing/production, crating for shipment and installation methods for the enormous 15,500,000m² flooring components of the landmark project which will shape the region for years to come.
Versatile’s expertise has been called upon to connect the DGDA with the best international manufacturers to ensure the highest caliber materials are procured for this unique project.
