The Public Establishment for Industrial Estate (MADAYN) invites bids for the consultancy services to develop infrastructure facilities for the new upcoming Mudhaibi Industrial City in Sharqiya Governorate, Sultanate of Oman.
The planned total area of Mudhaibi Industrial City is approximately 14 million m2.
As per the tender notification, MADAYN wishes to engage the services of qualified and experienced international or local engineering consulting firms, who have proven track record of master planning, detailed design and supervision of development of industrial estates or business parks and social infrastructure of international standards.
MADAYN invites Consultancy firms to submit their complete and comprehensive Tender proposal for providing Consultancy Services for the proposed work.
Interested bidders can purchase the complete bid documents against a tender fee of OMR 200.
Bidders need to submit bid security 1% of tender value along with their proposals.
At present bid submission date is 11 April 2021
